cheers
some time back i got the the yellow BFI (65a) dogbone bushes installed, and cabin noise/vibration was far too much for me, could feel vibrations through my chair and the cabin would drone at low revs. so i went back to stock, but recently my gear changes have been quite poor and restrictive, particularly while changing going over bumpy road.
Anyway today i copied bujna's advice and kept the smaller stock bush in and replaced the larger bush with the BFI one, and cabin noise is not a problem at all, and it seems to be shifting smoother now. still some wheel hop but that's to be expected. happy with the result.
actually had to buy a new hydraulic jack to do it cos the old one we had basically broke and started leaking while pumping it...

I would be surprised if Jimmy doesn't have one floating about.

Today I ordered a Parrot CK3000 Bluetooth Kit for my Bora.
It comes with a Toyota Loom, but it should be easy enough to modify.
The controls are quite minimal, and I have plans to integrate them into a couple of buttons in my overhead console, but more on that later. The beauty with this system is that it mutes the sound system and uses the car speakers, so clarity should be good.
I'll be sure to post some photos and descriptions once it arrives and I install it.

I blew the gearbox in my last car (Mazda Astina) whilst at a track day at Oran Park, didnt hear a thing with my helmet on, just that it was stuck in second and would shift at all!'03 Bora V6 4motion ~ CC Flash ~ Neuspeed F&R ARB ~ .:R optioned - Bilsteins,Springs, shifter, steering ~ Tyrol Brake kit ~ EVOMS CAI
