Not sure if i posted i got some floor mats FINALLY!
they are shaped for the car, have genuine vw clips etc fit really well.

took off those wheels and got to work cleaning the buggers-- by the looks of them, i dont think anyone ever, EVER has cleaned them... if youve ever taken off the wheel, checked the inside rim and taken notice of all the black sheet that just wont scrub off- well, thats what the spokes where like!

while i had the wheel off, cleaned the calipers (theyre blue under there? whod a thought?) and the coilovers-- theyre blue too. soo much black everywhere!

looks so much better, almost like an r again!

Gave it a good wash up the coast at my folks place and enjoyed the OPH instead of the F3 as a fun drive home. Much better on a weekday; it's deserted.

mine has swirls as well.

and as far as i know hand jobs (!!) won't remove them.

need orbitals and i wouldn't know what to do with one.
