turn your front wheels as far as you can one way. look behind the wheel and you should see marks or grooves in the driveshafts.
if you do, either need a new sway bar, or chop it out all together.

I think it's only just happened in the last week or 2, and only full lock in reverse, since the coilovers have settled a bit more. I might just have to wind them back up a little as a short-medium term solution..

The (front) anti-sway bars. It looks like such a simple part, but has to go in and around everything!

I removed my sway bar in my old car 5 minutes to unbolt 30 mins of moving it every which way to get it out

yep think it is. I just handed it to my mechanic. He ended up dropping the subframe, i wasnt dealing with it haha
