In any case, the wheels were curbed badly enough (by the PO ) for it to be embarrasing to look at. So i might have to pick up some silver. I have plenty of time on my hands right now so they can be done and redone whenever so maybe its a case of trial and error.

noticed that my car appears to have now developed the warm stall issue affecting 24v vr6 (though baffled as to why it suddenly decides to rear its head now...) and also that my auto-dimming rear view mirror has now decided to pack it in. cars....

yeah they are 50%, was thinking that, but had an alignment only 3-4months ago, thinking maybe the tyres are a little old as they are the original ones from what I can tell.

KWs right? That happened to me so I had to remove the adjuster and perch. Evened out perfectly after that...
I woulda thought they'd go down lower in the rear but they don't.
Got the Weitec Hicon GTs in (KW V1s) and the OZ racing SuperTurismos on!

Yep, V2's Yeah was thinking somethings going to have to go. The perch being the lower rubber part? EDIT: being the black part of the adjuster. Sorry very tired at the moment.
Same here i was kinda surprised that they have lifted the rear in the end, Kinda the opposite of what i was going for.

Yeah I took out the black plastic bit and the purple adjuster.

Yeah sounds like an idea. Did you need to cut the block off the stock rubber mount that aligns the old spring? And do you remember having to remove the shock to have to take them out.
