If its the nut below the bottom spring seat and its all the way down the bottom of the thread that is the lowest you can run them, should be scraping its ass on the ground at that level I imagine?

ooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yeeaaaahhhhhhh f**k yeah thats right soooooooooo much better, excitement is overwhelming if anyone is thinkin bout gettin these it is well worth the money, they all seemed to bolt on allright except the front ones have an allen key insert on the top to hold the strut so you can tighten them up 7mm and the kit didnt include a 7mm allen key, 7mm is an odd size so i had to grind down an 8mm allen key to get it in, extremely annoying

anyways that was the only down side to this kit ride quality has improved ten fold
              no more body roll
also traction has improved i assume that because of the stiffer suspension there is less weight transfer hence more weight on the front wheels

and i cant put my 16x8s on yet cause i have to get my guards rolled and some thinner tyres so runnin the stocks for now

il post some pics wen i get my 16s on theres not much to look at yet not very exciting but yeah very happy

for those who want to get these on the fronts i measured 45 mm from the bottom of the lock nut to the bottom of the thread
              the rears are about 65mm

                PICS petey PICS!

Glad to hear they all worked out though. It would be interesting to compare these to another brand of coil overs. see if there is any real noticeable difference?

me not knowing how other brands feel i have no idea but they seemed fairly comfortable to drive with a lot firmer but the ride wasnt too harsh just rite i must say

                          • dammit mk3pete... you are not making it any easier to decide between a set of these or a new sound system :j lol

At <$600 I'm thinkin its a steal. Especially if they are just straight up bolt ons. How much for a set of mounts and where would I get them? I've not checked the old ones yet.

                              • ohh yeah another down side to this kit is the c spanners they came with are useless they dont fit and slip off so i had to borrow some from work you can get a good adjustable c spanner from cbc bearings or a industrial supply shop 30 bucks i assume, you will need two of them im going to order some decent ones tomoz

as for the mounts i used the originals cause they were in good condition somone mentioned that earlier in the thread there not too expensive but
