I was low possibly one of the lowest VW here if not the lowest and I scrubbed with my Porsche rims with my spring shock combo alot but with my coilovers only when I was flyingI'm soo euro even my missus is shaved...

Daaaamn they do look the part!!
Rolling just involve folding the lip of the fender. You can get bodyshops to do it for you, but if you want to tackle it yourself, you'll need a blow dryer and a metal baseball bat. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDTK9IjKIYU
Probably best to leave it to the bodyshop
