yo, quick question regarding interior illumination. On the cluster, the side bar next to the rpm which says P, R, N, D , 3 ,2 ,1 etc doesnt light up anymore aswell as the middle console surrounding the gear lever, again with the numbers/letters they just dont illuminate anymore although everywhere else is fine. just wondering if its a quick, check fuse fix or requiring to remove dash n cluster to change bulbs

I had this happen a while ago, It's really easy taking out the cluster and replacing the bulb, I have spare bulbs from the wreckers. You have to remove a bit of the trim but after that it's just a few screws and getting the angle right and the cluster comes out from what I've seen in videos.
I just haven't got around to doing it yet as I don't really need it as I remember what I have selected while driving (I coast a lot in neutral to save petrol, lol). So it's more of a 'I'll get around to it when I can be bothered'. I was thinking of changing that green colour for something nicer while I'm at it.

The indictor near the gear lever I have no idea why mine went out. It went out after I removed the interior piece the first time. Moving it around a little and seeing if anything was loose to no avail. I can take the green surround off but not too sure about the bulb.

Hey all, I've done some searching but can't quite find the answer im looking for.. I've got just a mk3 CL.. If I get the suitcase delete is it going to sound like ****? And how much drone etc? I don't wanna get a headache every time I drive it, especially on the freeway, cheers.

I did a suitcase delete but put a new rear muffler on at the same time. It drones a little at lower rpm but its not headache territory. Not sure what's it's like with stock rear box.

Anyone know what the cables under the driver's seat are for? I don't have heated seats.
