No i don't have any probs with belt slip, don't know why others in the states have probs. My only probs were belt alignment (some shims took care of that) and oil leak from the inpeller shaft seal, which is going back to CAPA to hopefully get fixed. Speaking to VF, Vortech and CAPA it is a very rare problem for the V9 S/C to have.
I don't know where they got that figure, not many get that from an otherwise stock engine, but like i said earlier my engine is getting tired, blow by, minor piston knock when cold.
No the Autronic route isn't cheap, about $2500 for the ECU and about $1500? for the tuning. But you can't put a price on peice of mind, i've never liked chip tuning.
