Its pretty straight forward.
There is a drain port on the bottom of the crack pipe and then the procedure stolen from Elsa is as follows:
Press top radiator hose down.
‒ → Fill with coolant up to max. mark on expansion tank.
‒ Start engine and run at idling speed and at the same time fill with coolant up to over-flow hole on expansion tank.
‒ Fit expansion tank cap.
‒ Run engine until radiator fan cuts-in.
‒ Check coolant level and replenish as necessary. When the engine is at normal operating temperature, the coolant level must be on the max. mark, when the engine is cold, between the min. and max. marks.

Yeah mate all lines a nice & straight Also tried the Jiggling, Ive sprayed soapy water & it really looks & feels like its coming from the connection.Originally posted by thestu View PostHave you tried cutting the air line again that goes into no:1? Make sure its a straight cut!
Other than that... jiggle it and see if you can get it to stop leaking!

Im sure theres plenty of systems that have run with no issues at all, I think Im having a bad run of luck with it all.Originally posted by ffoff View PostTalked to Accuair about it? I'm sure they'd help you out.
My mates Accuair setup has been going strong for the best part of about 6 months now with no issues as of yet.
( I never heard s-h-i-t back from Air lift so Im not going to bother asking for help any more)
Ill take it out and see if I can some how block the leak.
Deep down I want to fully change the hole set up but that simple cant happen.

Coils are on there way to a new home.
In other News Went for another nightshot with james again.

I'll eventually get the car to sit lower (cars not slammed in picture) aka low profile tyers and bit on hacking under the guards .
This wont happen untill I Fix all issues with my Air-ride so a long time I say...
This weeks issues Is, leaking from the manifold port (1) has a nice little leak around the ring itself.
As far as I can see all these rings spin freely as the other ones spin but dont leak.

OVER IT.

Exactly How I have mine to mate,Ive been told my bushes are flogged so Im trying to chase a new set...Originally posted by thestu View PostWhy is is sitting so damn high?
Have you got the bearing underneath the rubber?
In mine it goes strut>bearing and spacer>rubber top> through the strut top amount> then the metal top goes on and a nut...that's it
Cheers man its all help.Originally posted by gecko2k View PostI've seen this before on somebody's coilover install. I believe something was put in the wrong spot or upside down? Sorry about being so vague about it, but that was years ago.
Hope this helps at least a tiny bit
I best have a warranty as there only 4 months old if that...Ive contacted Airlift see what they have to say...Originally posted by ffoff View Poston the strut itself is the bag screwed onto a spring perch or something? I'm just spitballing here but maybe go over the other strut and just compare the two to make sure everything is the same.
That strut might actually just be faulty. got warranty?
Thanks will just try something tonight & over the weekend I think my front bag is Faulty...Originally posted by thestu View PostCall me dude and ill talk you through it
