    It was written in the us so their drivers side = our passenger side, which wont need a notch. I think im going to need some small notches for my tie rods too after the chassis one.

    sweet thanks for the Links .
    There very basic DIY write ups with **** all photos but you get the drift I guess

    Its odd on the second link the dude says you dont have to notch the drivers side ??? but others have and the tie rods also !

    Well vdubins going up on stands again braded line I thinks 100% on the cards now and will suss out this notch for the third time ha.

    DIY: Laying Frame in a MK3 VR

    If I could weld Id do mine :/ I've have gotten ridiculous quotes from places around here to have it done and don't know anyone who can weld unfortunately :/ Am actually seriously considering getting a cheap welder, learning how to use it, then having a crack. Might be a little tricky to get in there to do the side near the engine, but it shouldnt matter if you dont get it 100% welded up and just get the majority of it done

    Well after watching all the boys wash there cars last weekend I think I might stay Matte for a while now.
    Its a quick blast in the car wash and im good to go.
    Could not be botherd with all the crap required to keep it looking smick.

    Yea At the end of the day it wont matter what colour I paint it , someone else will eventually copy it.
    I was even just thinking of laying a clear coat over the matte...
