      Nice , i lost my 1st and 2nd gear when i was drag racing a holden Vn ss on 6 puk exedy button clutch had to open it up myself to have a look. I ended up buying a second hand one. ill never open one again. where did u get your gear sets and synchros if you dont mind me asking . I wana start building a turbo vr6 and a built box and a peloquin as soon as i finish my drift car .ive been planning to do it for a while now but never started.

        I'm still running stock gears(CCM). Had 3rd gear let go at portland in 2011 and just re-built it with a S/H 3rd gear set.

        All bearings and synchros are genuine vw

                Yes, I still own it, but rarely drive it.

                          I went a bit low on compression first up with the stock mk3 gasket, the mk4 gasket is a bit thinner. Thus bumping the compression up 0.5:1
