Very good job on the rust, looks great! Also good choice on the tyres - I've got the T1Rs on my e30 and I love them.

Finished putting in the coil overs this afternoon. Final ride height is yet to be sorted as I still need to get my steelies done and then I will fiddle with the ride height some more.

I also picked up a badge less FX grill so the jetta will have a single headlight golf front soon and I can get the Rallye headlights refurbished.
      whatcha think?

its really coming along mate, its a very clean looking Jetta!

for the love of god (I know you havent finished adjusting) but you have to even up those arch gaps. If you do that, it'll look incredible, even on the stockies!

Not much of an update but I have finally found a complete 92 spec wheel arch and trim kit with sideskirts for the Jetta! I got them off a wrecker for next to nothing too. I fitted the deeper bumper lip this afternoon and will fit the rest hopefully tomorrow. It looks pretty horrid from the side with a big difference in much deeper bumper lip and the old 1/4 arch trim.

I am also getting my steelies back at the end of the week! Can't wait!

(I really need to fix that headlight!)

Wheels painted and tyres on. They balanced up mint too!

In the end I went with 8" all round. I wish I had gone with 8.5 in the rear now though

I have now ordered some 15mm spacers for the rear to get them to sit out a bit more flush.
Also put the front down a bit more and finished putting the side skirts and trim on.

I'll get some more photos up soon.

                              Tyres are 195/45/15.

Went out tonight with some friends to try and get some rolling shot but the light was pretty average.
I'll put some of the other ones up soon.

I really need to trim the lip of the plastic wheel archs a bit. Annoying rubbing sounds!

Here are some shots my mate did.
We did some in the sunset but kind of like the all white car park a bit more.

And yes Anthony, I have got some sealant and the head light will be fixed any day now ha!

It was his first time shooting cars but I like the outcome! No fiddling in light-room either, just some flashes. Here is my mates photo blog if anyone is interested. H Dot Shots
