Treza you're right, i was lazy, they are P-Zero Nero's, what do you think of them ? I've heard they're pretty good from others.....
Yeah I'm loving them. A fantastic performing tyre so far as well as damn good looking as well. Some say that Pirelli's go off a bit once they're worn in well. Only time will tell if this is true.
Cheers,
Trent
Jay, you're back in Brisbane mate, you were away for a while, you just missed E38 before you came back ...
Cheers, it had its first coat of paint today, had a peek through the spray booth window after work. With the parts i got, alot came from GPC, got them sent to my parents who posted them on to me. They told me some parts were obsolete, but i managed to get bits through VW in Melbourne and ARZ Tuning in Germany (www.ARZTuning.de), well worth a look at their site Jay, online shop, just tap corrado into the search and you're bound to find something to buy ! Fancy driving down to Melbourne for DOVW then !! 3 Rados in one place would be fun !

Looking sweet as mate. Can't wait until the finished product. Wheels are sweet. Are your tyres P-Zeros ore P-Zero Neros? They look the same as my tyres (Neros).
Wow, Looking good Matt.
That should look mint when it done.
I like all the new bits you fitting.
Must have cost a fortune in the dealer here!!
Do fit the Rallye ic. Will be a big improvment especially with a nice chip and pulley combo!
Hi Guys,
Just talked to Mo about it and she is okay about it. So will have a chat to you Gav about the details. Ha ha would be good to have 2 Corrados there eh Matt?
Awesome Gavin, now can you persuade Nigel to bring that Corrado over too ??!! Will be a good drive for you guys, and good to see you again !
No worries Jarred

Cheers for that Gav, are you coming over for DOVW, would like to chat to you more, would be awesome if Nigel could bring his Storm over for it too.
Most people seem to use that SNS 5.5 chip and 68mm pulley, but i remember reading somewhere that there is a better one, i think Renshaws had it before he converted to 24V. I get put off by people saying how unreliable there G60's are, and they always seem to be the chipped and pullyed ones, mines never missed a beat, it has been ported to stage 4, would be nice if it was a bit quicker but i don't want any hassle.
Hi Gavin, can't make my mind up on that one but probably yeah.
I'm thinking i'll rebuild the charger, then install the FMIC and rad.
I should put an oil cooler in there while i'm at it too.
Did either of your G60's run smaller pulleys ? What chip(s) did you have ?
I'd stick the rad and IC in now, no point in putting it back together without doing it. You'd be well pissed off if you scuffed your new paint. No point in handling the bumper more than you have to.
The oil cooler is a definite for me. My Golf one was too big but made a massive difference. I deleted the water/oil heat exchanger at the same time. That knocked 30 degrees off the oil temp in one go.
Mine was a kit from Thinkautomotive the Mocal manufacturers. I got them to give me an extra 50cm of pipe to give me more options for mounting. You also need to get a couple of water pipes to bypass the heat exchanger, assuming you want it to look factory.
The fitting kit is right down the bottom, then you need to pick and oil cooler. I reckon mine was 16 rows, about 6 inches high and 230mm wide. It was a bit much for the UK in winter and I had to cover it up with card board to keep the oil temp up.
Your cooling system will love it though over here.
I can't imagine running a std G60, they aren't that fast TBH. A 68mm pulley and chip makes them fly. I'd get a pulley off the net and an SNS chip off
I would happily rebuild your charger or talk you through it if you get a rebuild kit over here. It only takes a couple of hours. I have photos of how to port them as a stage 4 as well.
