b6 Passat Headunit replacement

Hey, just wondering if anyone has replaced their headunits with the android ebay style ones? I'm looking at them as I'm on a limited budget (RNS and the autotunes ones out of my price range).

Would like it to support a reverse camera and bluetooth phone calls and music. Also be nice to keep the factory look and red buttons.

Lastly, my vehicle has parking sensors (it goes beep beep when i get close to things), is this a seperate module or will I lose this?

Parking sensors will work with them. If you have a factory camera you would need an srgb to composite video converter.
If you want to install an aftermarket camera the Chinese head units will support cheap ones.
I haven't used any of the current generation but did use previous ones which were Android 4.4 or wince.
They tended to be fairly buggy but otherwise acceptable units.
