So my driveway slopes down about 5%, it’s wnough that on this car the sensors. Or ally beep and go red, often slamming the brakes on- incorrectly. They’re too sensitive

Lately they’ve started a new game, where one day they don’t beep at all, the next they do their brake slam....

Hi all, the radio in my mk5 Jetta has started to beep at me when I change stations. The odd thing is that it's not for every station every time. I do have one 'egr garage' light coming up on the dash but even when I clear the codes the bloody thing still beeps... any ideas?

With a bit of messing around it does work. Not sure I've got the audible warning beep working yet though.

Is there any way to turn down the volume of the reverse alarm? No so much the beep beep when closing in on something, but the BEEP when selecting Reverse?

So, around 7am this morning I was getting dressed and heard a strange noise emanating somewhere from in my house.
Searched around and found it was coming from the garage - from my Golf!!
It was a medium pitch "bong" sound - repeated every 5-6 seconds or so - coming...

After turning the engine off in my GTI a pump or motor runs for about 5 mins, is this an electric water pump or something to cool the engine down?

Does not do it everytime.
