The cluster (immobilizer master) is very deliberately designed to not allow changing the mileage.
You can 'roll it' forward on the bench by sending it abs wheel speed signals to bring it up to match a specified milage, but it won't go backwards.

There is coding for amplifier/speaker config. It's in bytes 4-7 and byte 11 of long coding.
But there are also parameters which set the DSP settings. You can read more about them here:
