    R36 phone contacts

    Hi all! My R36 Passat doesn't show my phone contact list on dashboard. I was informed our car's BT system is "old school" ie only receive and make calls. Can some one please confirm or correct my info. Cheers

    You could have one of many ahem...'classic' BT systems. It may have been factory fitted, it may have been dealer fitted, or it could be after market.
    What is the name of the BT module you connect to from your phone?
    If you like you can send me your VIN in PM and I can check the PR codes for what was installed at the factory.
