I actually asked DNA to turn my boost down a little bit, as it was a bit high for my liking, and this is how the car was run on the dyno a month or so ago when it made 208kw and 380nm. So with a another few PSI of boost, there would be a little more power/torque to be had (not much, but a little).
The car is pretty much at the safe limit of the turbo now.
Is the power noticeable? Well yes - it goes like a little rocket now. The wave of torque is awesome and addictive. It's got alot more power than stock thats for sure. Still gets excellent fuel economy providing you don't drive like a goose. Im getting around 10L/100km average which is almost 100% city driving. On a recent road trip down south it averaged 8.2L/100km on the open road.
I haven't tested the 0-100kph since doing the latest changes, but i will do it soon and post up the results. Given that mines a manual, it's the change to 3rd gear to reach 100kph that hurts the 0-100kph times, but i would be hoping for 5.5seconds or so. You could easily take a second off that time for a DSG vehicle using launch control.
