    Sound clip please

Hehe, and here I was thinking APR might have given me too much power for the various components to handle. Should have the hose swapped tomorrow night. A friend has access to a garage where a wrecked 118 is there to scavenge from.

Looks like something sharp ran along the side of it; can see after the gash the scratch that runs around the hose.

You can get a rubber tape that essentially fuses to the rubber you wrap it to with abit of heat; will seal properly unlike tape, but regardless still a temporary fix until you replace the entire hose.

^^ That would be leaking like a bitch. Gaffa tape is your friend until you can source a new pipe.

Don't know how but I've got a nice big gouge in my charged air pipe which has been making my car sound like I've got a Forge CAI and has been reducing power. Will grab a replacement from a spare parts car and swap it over tomorrow hopefully.

Then I've got the car booked in at VW next week, and hope to get the S3 FMIC installed soon after.

Ended up going down that route Lucas, so all fixed now. Also had the intercooler installed today and am loving that extra pull up top!

Can anyone shed any light on solutions?

If your open this Saturday I could possibly drive down from Tbar. I am running a forge intake atm. If the Carbonio fits can it please stay on my car?

I went to purchase some coolant from VW in preparation for the intercooler swap later this month and of course they were very suspicious as to why I'd need two bottles of G12++ for a MK6 Golf. When I mentioned that my radiator (as I described it) wasn't coping well in the heat, and 'after doing some research' found that the Audi S3 one was better and compatible, I just got a raised eyebrow and a "good luck with that".

Also looking at the Extended warranty PDS and it mentions the need to declare any mods (not sure if APR software counts as a mod, or if retrofitted accessories count).

So how have you guys been getting along with your dealer since upgrading?
