There's also at least other times from zbeasty and maybe others too... so I'll update the first post eventually... but when I have time to go back and read through 10 pages of posts

Please do not dilly dally when it comes to putting a GIAC powered car to the top of the list
Given the numbers the Recode guys are throwing up without the same mods as the APR guys (for example) is the Recode tune a long term safe one? Is there long term data around it?
I've also heard these times are coming from huge gains up top so are we seeing higher trap speeds as a result?

Great time! How the f*** could you launch at 5500 RPM???
But i see that its very similar to My hardware setup and we have almost the same trapspeed at 201-402 meters
I se now that 11sec runs will soon be a fact and not an option.

Great run!

Hi Erik,
I had been doing a few practice runs earlier in the day on a motorway and during one of the runs I noticed the revs went to 6000rpm whilst I was in LC. I released the brake and it worked. So did the same at the drags with result you know. We also had the car on the dyno on the previous Sunday for a reading of 210 kw's at all 4 wheels.

This is off topic but.... does any body know if the MT R's have some sort of abuse software. It feels like when I try and slip the clutch at high rpm to take off the car is killing the power. I'm just wondering if it's my clutch control or the car being too smart for it's own good.

Pfft. That's nothing to do with it. And geez, when did this become my job?
Anyway, 10 pages was an under-estimate. I had to go through the last 14 pages to where the last update jasn78 had made was. If I've missed anyone, please link me to your post and/or ensure you have stated your details in the required format.

I've been running the tune for close to 10,000 kms now and have seen no issues. We ran some logs on the dyno a couple of months ago and on a 20 degree day did about 20 power runs back to back just to get the different data sets. By the end there was 1 degree of timing pull on 1 or 2 cylinders at parts of the run. Given this was a much higher load than the car would normally be subjected to on the road it's not an issue under normal running.
