Awesome!!! I need to wash the car before fitting my bits, Still to fit the rear RS scuff plates and Mudflaps. I've got the sunshade kit and front bonnet struts on my wishlist.

What scuff plate did you buy? There seemed to be a lot of different options. The gloss black one the dealer fitted matched the rest of the car but the tape holding it down wasn't the greatest. The stainless one I bought says 'Not for RS' but it kind of did fit, just with a gap along the back edge, closer to the car.

In other news my LED number plate lights arrived so will try to fit and code

The weekend was pretty productive, managed to give the car a wash, was really annoyed the amount of tar splatters down the sides. had to sit with polish and a cloth to clean it all up once done I was then able to do the following:
RS seat level decal fitted, Rear Door Sill Panels Fitted, front and Rear mudflaps fitted.
Ran out of time to fit the LED License Plate units but will do so this weekend.
My Golf needed some love and attention. had to replace the rear tyres, wipers and give it a bit of a tidy up.

I sat a roof pod on the roof and took a photo.
Then removed the pod and put it on the Up! because that looked more ridiculous.

Bought a Whispbar rack & bike carrier. Then gave the old girl a wash in the rain.

I haven't been out on the bike properly since beofre I bought the Octavia back in March due to both uni and work, but finally had a slight reprieve last weekend so the roof racks went back on and finally got the bike back out!

I've never seen so many people stare at a car - I guess around here the accepted belief is that you need a stupid SUV to do anything outdoors.

As I now have a Chassis Number for the RS, I've gone ahead and purchased a fair bit of extra weight or is it 5 extra kilowatts?

Aliexpress: Skoda Knife badges (like the Golf GTI PP); Interior rubber mats (console); Rubber Key Fob covers; Phone hold for air vent
ebay: Black with Skoda logo valve caps; Door Edge Protectors; Door striker covers and hinge covers; Green & Red pinstripe; couple of key rings.
All up was about $90, not bad I thought.

Superskoda discount week for rubber mats, or are there cheaper ones in Aus?
Directcarparts RGM rear guard bumper protector
and then when its delivered, a TPMS from Inawise.

I like the list of things you are getting for it, I am also looking for some minor mods I can pre purchase. Took it in for a respray on the rear bumper... someone backed into it in the work carpark less than a week after the last repair :/

Got a practically brand new Q3 2.0T Quattro as a loan car.... all I can say is.. yuck. Horrible infotainment, horrible gearbox, horrible handling, horrible seats.. the Octavia is such great value in comparison.
