Could be a failed cat and its blocking the exhaust flow. Could also be a failed o2 sensor of course.

Failed cat = good opportunity to fit SPM downpipe & 200 cell cat.

I'm not that keen to modify the DP to be honest. And I would have thought these failed components would be covered under warranty with or without a bluefin.
Given that the warning light has gone out and assuming it came on due to one of the above failing, what would happen of I did nothing (ie don't replace anything)?
