I need to do the same, way overdue for a good clay and polish. Need to dust of the DA6 polisher. What clay are you using?? I have a couple of unused yelllow meguires bars. then a small selection of menzerna polishes. was contemplating on getting some dodo juice polish ( Lime lite & supernatural ) or possibly some nanolex, seen some really good results from both those. Just trying to figure out what would work best on a bright silver metalic to make it "pop" with some good depth with the obvious "liquid" look

I'll get some today when I do the second coat of sealantOriginally posted by Mysticality View PostPics of finished product?...
. I had grand plans of taking heaps of progress shots and 50/50 shots, but got stuck into it and couldn't be arsed
I used Bilt Hamber auto clay from the UK. Bloody good value, 200g for around 10GBP (ordered a heap of stuff from UK, postage was cheap). The great thing is also, you don't need to use expensive clay lube or QD, BH recommend using plain water.Originally posted by dazag View PostI need to do the same, way overdue for a good clay and polish. I used Menzerna polishes on LC CCS pads, on a Concours 900 polisher. Sealed with Duragloss 601 and 105. Big fan of the Duragloss products, damn good value for (low) money. I'll throw on another coat of 105 today after work, and top up with Aquawax tomorrow.

Got my new GT-CX 18x8.5 matt anthracite wheels with Pirelli P Zeros. Happy times. Unfortunately no more stock of matt black but anthracite looks just as good and depending on lighting, generally like a lighter black. Car going in for wheel alignment tomorrow morning.

Thanks Tooch. Wheel whoring as Todd refers to is like women buying shoes. LOL. Plus it seems that we all get motivated to go and "DO" or "BUY" something for our own car when other go buying things and sharing with friends. LOL.Originally posted by tooch View PostLooks awesome Dave! Suits the car perfectly and a great fitment.
Hmm, now you've got me thinking of buying new wheels already
