I’ve lost my only set of keys to my Fabia. I really need to drive in a few hours.. should I call a locksmith?

Yes, call a Locksmith.

As you haven't stated where in the US you are I can't recommend someone directly but I do have a link that will help you. As Locksmith Scammers are pretty big in the states I have a couple of tips.

Get a quoted price up front, anyone who knows how to do the job will know the cost BEFORE they start.
There is no need to do ANY damage to your car to make a key, AT ALL.
