Hi All
John from Melbourne, recently purchased a 2024 Tiguan R and pretty sure the R stands for ridiculous, but in all the right ways, it's just a whole lot of fun to drive.
Grew up on Datsun 1600s (I hope that's not considered foul language and don't know if I should admit I still have...

MKV GTI replaced by T-ROC R
After 16 years of loving my MKV GTI it has gone to a new owner, 98000ks.
At 73 I was finding it more difficult to get in and out of, as was my wife.
A very nice Demo T-ROC R popped up at my local dealer - haggled down to $58,000 drive away. 240k (not 240,000) on the...

MY23 T-ROC Trip Meter missing?
Hi Folks, I'm kinda embarrassed I didn't notice this earlier. The T-ROC I bought for the missus doesn't seem to have a trip meter that you can reset? I get it that it tracks distance travelled/duration per drive but what I am looking for is the trip meter which doesn't reset after every drive. I'd really...

2019 Tiguan 162 - Gearbox in Emergency Mode
Driving back today, I got the dreaded "Gearbox in emergency mode. You can drive on."
My 2019 VW Tiguan 162 has only done 25,000 km. I never owned a car where the auto transmission ever failed.
