Mk6 white manual GTI

Hi All,

We have a white manual GTI Mk6 and have had it since new in 2011 and previously we had a black mk5 GTI in manual too. Actually both were the wife's car.
I probably should have joined the forum earlier but was scared of the modification bug!
Looking forward to some tips as I do most of the servicing myself.

No Mods planned. Its more the daily driver anyways.

Manual is the only way to go!
I know the DSG is faster, better fuel etc but there is nothing like going through the gears and gearing down through corners.

plus with the money saved we optioned HID lights instead.

Nicely done my friend! Yep! Love manual, i get my doors blown off mine when a DSG R rolls up to me, and uses launch control but i love my 3 peddles.
