If it doesn't already have one a reversing camera is a bit of a must in these. While you're there you might as well also upgrade the head unit to something which supports CarPlay/Android auto. These are little things that don't impact the performance but make life much much nicer inside. (And are also cheap and very DIY friendly).

Already purchased and installed a RCD330+
Also purchased a reverse camera, just need someone to install it for me
I think I need someone to VCDS my head unit cos only the two front speakers are working, and I googled the issue n they said it's gonna be enabled via VCDS coding
2015 Trendline only had 2 front speakers installed from the factory, unless you (or the 1st owner) paid extra for the 6 speaker system when it was ordered. Typically those with the RCD310 as stock had 6 speakers and those with the RCD210 only had 2.

Also, you could open up the rear speakers and see if there is actually a speaker in there.
