Queensland Raceway Happy Laps (v.9) 29-09-12 Breakfast

My car isn't stock, it has been remapped. But I can easily revert to stock. I'll be at Queensland Raceway again this Sunday for more laps along with an iPhone app called Harry's LapTimer Pro. It will time my laps and take video, assuming I can get an appropriate windscreen mount. I think it will be Clubman this weekend, but I'll be running the race map.

I'd interested in how you find Harry's. It was one I was looking at, but unable to find (not that I looked particularly hard) an external GPS to increase it from 1hz to at least 5hz. By the time I'd have bought external GPS it wasn't far off gtech. I was in the 1.06's on the clubman, but unable to get a clean lap (and it's happy laps) so is a little more in it. That time is from the gtech.

Cool. nah mate I didn't get that far in my searching for the holder as the video was appealing but not as critical as reliable timing. I'd be trying Autobarn, repco, supercheap.

Today's best lap on Clubman according to Harry's was 1.09. A lot of traffic and a lot of coasting. Too small a circuit for 30 cars, IMO.
I'll be posting a video with Laptimer overlay. Stay tuned...

Disappointing when you can't get a clean lap. Not sure if in Harry's you can set segments. I set segments so I can "race" corners and play with different lines and braking approach. Slow in fast out

Yes I think you can set segments. I let it do its thing and during the laps it came up with segment times, as you'll see in the video.
