Thats no good The Hawk and thats some annoying news for everyone who just got there cars ready. On the plus side, it was looking unlikely I was going to make the trip down tomorow as I have no car and the gf isnt up to driving just yet, and I might hopefully have some form of vehicle to bring by then

No need to stress people, the show has been postponed until the 2nd of October due to the wet weather.

im actually kinda happy about that it will give me a chance to detail and fix dents in my car i would have not got time to do so cause im getting ready to move.

UPDATE- Oxenford Show- 2nd OCTOBER

So Sorry Guys, went to grounds to set up, has not stopped raining, although the most of the grounds are Ok, the entry is now a bit muddy, forecast is for more heavy rain tonight.
Which means a lot of cars wouldn't turn up anyway including the public.

We want this show to be great, and it will be, it is now booked for the 2nd of October.
The up side is we have time to get even more VW's there

Again sorry guys, so disappointing for all, Tony has spent all week cleaning our two cars,

Will have to be Wynumm for me too, got commitments Oct 2nd, ah well cant change the weather. Got my parents here from Scotland and has been crap weather so far , Wynumm it is, geez just looking at diary that might even be dodgy , i go on holiday very close to that. We shall see. shame

Sorry jimmy that the Date is no good for you, such a shame you will be missed

Can't believe the sun is shining today grrrr, well it worked out for the best I'm sure, I got a call after sending emails and putting up posts that my daughter had been rushed to hospital, suspected gall stones.
So that is where I shall be today.

For all those that definitely will not make it to the show on the 2nd October, if you could please post me back your entry cards and tickets, so that I can re allocate them to other entrants, I shall give you a refund, just enclose you bank details in the envelope for a transfer or if cash at the Wynnum show,(only 2 weeks away) again let me know when returning Tickets, address was on back or pm me if you no longer have address.

We now have a month to make the show even bigger, I am getting some good feed back from people that can now enter, I shall post the entry forms again in a thread, over the next few days.
The organizers have promised to lay on something special, to make up for the postponement, they are a great bunch of guys and have gone to so much trouble to make this a top event, and it will be

I will update as well on entrant numbers as the weeks pass

So sorry Aaron for the hassle it has caused you, really hope you can make it on the 2nd October
