Aaron I have a glass razor that I'll bring down with me. I used it to remove the tape that was holding up my window when the Regulator crapped out. If you need anything else just let me know.
Razz I'll come down early no hassles, Was thinking of doing an early morning cruize for those of you who want to come down and help. Was thinking of 0630 meet at BP Yatala or Macca's Springwood if you are keen. That way we can get in early and set stuff up.

I'm keen for the cruise as I will probably be able to leave early and help set up... Case may or may not be in attendance that day... Lol...
Let me know what the plans are!

Will you really have an Audi, if so fill in an entry I will get you parking with us just have to be at the end of the VW cars, Jmac is bringing an Audi so I can put you both together, hows that, hate it if you came all this way then couldn't get a park. or parked Miles away in side streets, besides you are a member LOL

If wanting to meet @ K.G, depending on numbers the best 2 points would be either;

A) QUT sportsfields carpark on Herston Rd
B) Victoria Park Golf Course carpark also on Herston Rd

It's about a 50min run from K.G to Coomera, so what time would you want to be getting to the show?

QUT Carpark on Sports Lane is probably a good one if it is open since there is tonnes of parking.

UPDATE- Oxenford Show

TOTAL ENTRANTS NOW 45

Sadly a couple have had to drop out for various reasons.

But we still have till Sunday for a few more to sigh up, so we shall see????

After I have sent off the spreadsheet of Entrants on Sunday the organizers will send me an Entrant Numbers for each entry, as well as a map of our position within the show ground.
I shall be posting out Entry cards, to the addresses on your entry forms that look like this :-

To display on windscreens of your cars, to hopefully make a faster, easier entry into show, at the gate you will be ticked off the list and directed to our VW section, once there hopefully we will be able to direct you to your spot within our group, in order of MK1, MK2 etc
We now have the marquis at home and will have a practice run at putting it up.

If anyone's address has changed or if I can put some in the same envelope, let me know.

Limited is good there will be approx 45 cars plus found out last night that Gold Coast Vee Dub Club are attending too so might be able to do some cross promotion. We are all in it for the same reason. It is fantastic to have you onboard Aaron Can't wait to meet ya in person. Same to those that I haven't met at any of those euro meets we keep organising lol.
