was a great weekend, unfortunately very little sleep on saturday night due to snorers and sleep talkers LOL.

however was great to see all the melb crew (half) and meet the others who i havent met before. i was also luckily enough to walk away first for show n shine in audi a3/s3 class too so cant complain there either!

Great event and its a HUGE disappointment that so many VW and Audi's in Sydney yet they lack to turn up to any events, cruises, shows and so forth! No VW/Audi Love it seems sometimes!

DOVW ill be there, and probably what? 3 Sydney people that i know of and the rest wont go as its to 'far'.. blah! COME ON SYDNEY!
        What’s behind you doesn’t matter..

          Damn those Sydney people!

Fuzion, we are planning a convoy from Canberra down to DOVW, maybe you can convince the SYD crew to come to CBR then come along with us!

Just got home from our extended GAF trip.
Thanks to all that introduced themselves and for all the positive feed back and suggestions for my car!
Had a great time with those we meet up before and after the show. tea, cruise, photos, race up the hill (sorry for being slow lol) general mucking around and drinking!
Cruise through the hills was cool. On the way there the sounds of the R, Mk2, Merc, and scirocco were amazing. 2 corners in and i could see you guys screaming up the hill opposite, was a awesome!
Cant wait for the next event! Will upload some photos soon
            Bora gone
            Vento VR6
            MKIV GSW TDI

By the way Dylan, you wheels are sick! Love them, so want to get a set of Super RS as show rims for the R.

I couldn't find you at all at the show Pierre (loved the S3)! Missed Lora too, heard she was there, but saw Vince and Bruno!

I did try to meet and chat with a few VW and Audi owners on the day but Mrs was keen for us to go to a few other things, so spend around 45mins checking it all out.

How about next year? :p Fun seeing all the VWs and Audi (including the vintage ones on trailers) driving back to Sydney.

I've been to most Autofest shows since 2000 and the weather has almost always been perfect. Dunno what it is, but it just gets a good run with the sun.
