Can anyone tell me if its too late to get in on the Golf Cavalcade... Thats happening on Sunday right??

What are the details, do you have to register or can you just rock up with your ride and cruise.

there will be a cruise to the event so keep an eye out in the "DOVW festivities" thread in the events section.
The cavalcade from what i understand it will just be a small showcase within the confines of the event to show off 1 golf from each of the 35 years of the VW golf.

What year is your car? most of the regular places are already filled I believe.

Ah the irony!

Well it just turns out that somebody smashed the mirror on the Golf that we were thinking of cruising down in (dark green mean machine with green tail lights, big wheels and immaculate interior!).

I dropped my "i wish i was an r32 front spoiler" on a low curb last week so my car is a no go.

It looks like this year we'll be coming down as spectators only. There are a few of us with Golfs now, might be time to join the club lol.

Do you guys know much about the Chapel st cruise tonight?? Is that mainly older cars?? I'm really looking forward to checking out some of the old bugs.

Walk in admission/extra passenger $10.00. All VW's have the opportunity to park in the grounds.
