Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.           Looks like im out guys, unfortunately i couldnt help myself and booked to go overseas in jan again so ill have to can this one for this year but will do the more important SEDF

                    I am happy to report that GTI81 is fixed (and quicker). Amazing what scraping the carbon off the points will do for performance. Still got a few test runs during the week to make sure all is well, but fingers crossed she behaves...
                    There is no Golf in my life. This is unacceptable...

                          I was planning on leaving Campbelltown at about 6am and checking the maps it seems our paths would cross "on the road to Gundagai" where I will be topping off the tank at about 9:30 at the BP just up from the dog on the tuckerbox (after taking the requisite photo infront of said dog).

                          This puts me about 1:30 behind you, I'm happy to meet up there if your interested, but don't feel obligated to change your plans.

                          If it has an engine or heartbeat it's going to cost you.
