Having paid over a month ago, I'm a bit surprised that I haven't received my entry "kit" as yet. Still, I suppose there's still 4 days left. Is anyone else waiting on theirs to arrive?

Hmm...I got a fraud issue with Paypal few weeks back (while I was away). Just don't link you bank account with Paypal!

Yep, and also don't accept Paypal payment for the car you're selling.
I listed our Forester on Carsales.com and had an interest from AdrianHoc working on the oil rig; he wanted to pay by Paypal and arrange for someone to pick up the car.

Paypal transactions are reversible at any time, and there are fees if you're selling, so be aware!

Yeah all the car sites, including ours, are getting hit by these muppets. Unfortunately there are people out there stupid enough to fall for it

This shouldn't be an issue this year, at yarra glen. which is supposedly a larger venue

A couple years back, at cranbourne, I wanted to do the same thing, as I had to leave early, but it didn't happen. I didn't want to pay to enter, when I was going to leave in 3 hours time, and didn't want to enter the show and shine! (mini rant over)

Even if it's not pretty, just enter it anyways, it'll show the club how many watercoolers are out there! (and plus, it's the 35 years of the golf..)

You might run into issue with that, especially if we're low on room. (i've never been the Yarra glen)

yea, like I said, I havn't been to yarra glen before so I don't know how big it is.
but rememeber, we drive watercoolers, the VW club vic don't like us as much as the beetle owners! (this is a joke)

I'd have and extra 10 bucks in ya pocket, just incase

edit: apparently there's heaps of room at yarra glen. So you should be able to park on site this year without entering.
