Just another thought for the Aussie units, with summer around the corner you may want to test whether it can withstand +35oC temp. in a car parked outside. We know it doesn't like the cold, what about the heat?

Ya, 26 F he means so like -4 C....and mine is the same way. It has only ever had the white screen in the MORNING after the car has been off for approx 8-10 hours overnight and when it's +2 C or colder. However, during the day, the sun, regardless of the temperature seems to provide enough "heat" that I have never had this happen after 10 hour work day. strange.

Yeah I'm meaning F haha, I guess Saturday night will be the true test, I'll be at work and the flcar will be outside in the cold, its parked in a garage any other night so guess that will tell.

18 degree far and had a white screen. Now the damn thing doesn't even turn on. It's been like 4'days installed in car. Really need this returned now. They didn't release a minor bugged product. They didn't even get the major bugs sorted. And I'm sure getting this warranty isn't going to be a walk in the park

Mine came today as well. Waiting on my fakra cable too. There is a sticker on the unit that said void warranty if removed and it is split in the middle. Should I be concerned about this? Also was looking at the screws and one of them was loose.

Better unpack mine tonight and see if the sticker is broken.
If it is, it's going back.

Ok so reinstalled it and it works back to normal except the steering wheel controls. The stock radio and ans 810 works with the buttons so it's not the switch that's broke. Any ideas?

Ok I set it to canbus v and it worked. Sorry for the aggressiveness just frustrated it changed canbus by itself .....

Yep, me too, he's the one taking all the heat and they are just sitting there laughing.

Also, remember that chances are that Sandy has had to pay for the units with the order. Every cancellation is something he has to pay for.

I don't think we should be rushing to cancel our orders. The units that have been delivered are pre-production units and there will be improvements made before the final product is released (I hope)
