Can anyone recommend a competent VW mechanic in or near Townsville please?

I’ve recently returned to both southeast Queensland and the VWWatercooled forum having just picked up a 2018 Golf R manual in Lapiz Blue. I was previously pretty active on the forums and frequently attended the QLD happy laps in my mildly modified 9N Polo GTI.

I pulled out the old RCD310 from the Polo and replaced it with an RCD510 and looking to give it a home other than the bin. It's free for anyone that wants it if you pay for shipping? I'm in Queensland. I'm a new user so I can't post in for sale.

Run a 2000 Polo 1,4 16v have just sold a 98 1.6 was a great little machine very quick. I work as a builder in Queensland and found VW water cooled while looking for answers to a small problem I have with the 1.4.

Hey just moved to Brisbane, bought a 96 Mk3 Golf VR6.

Tidy and goes well, tho already had to fix a few common problems with the heater matrix, alternator and a/c drain. Need to replace the shocks, prob buy a lowering kit.
