For anyone who (like me) is interested in the Golf GTi TCR, VW will be making an announcement about the production version next month. That info is fresh off the VW Australia info line today.

I have read that earlier model CBZ engines had stretched timing chains issue which were resolved through 2 production changes on the engine,

- 1 on 18th June 2011 where they revised the chain and guard
- and on 7th November 2011. When they rolled out new version of the engine....

My wife and I just received a 'phone call from our VW dealer informing us that the MY17.5 Caddy Comfortline that we have on order has had to be updated to a MY18 model. We had to order because of the extra features we needed.
