I just got my 2012 Tiguan Pacific back from hail damage repairs and now the tailgate will only unlock if I stand there at the tailgate and press the tailgate button on the key and press tailgate handle at same time.

I'm sure that before if the car was unlocked with central locking the...

Hi all, every time she unlock her door with her key it doesn't unlock but does make that unlock sound, she has to press the button three times for it to actually unlock and this starting happening a few weeks ago. 120xxx major done last week if that helps

Anyone else had the issue where the boot release doesn't work? I lift the latch but it doesn't operate the mechanism.. When it's particularly mischievous I have to press the boot release button on the remote to open it.

I suspect it's a contact not being made but...

I have a R32 which when accelerating makes a whine noise, in all gears over all revs. The whine gets louder with higher revs.
This goes away when I press the clutch in, thoughts on what it could be?

i have a strange issue on my 1999 MK2 IBIZA.
whenever i press clutch, i get my brake lights on.
and i just have to press it about 20-30%, not even all the way for them to come on.
i checked, where the pedals are, and i could not really see anything wrong there....

Does anybody know if the RCD510 should change display brightness automagically, either from ambient light, or along with dashboard illumination?
