2019 tig with automatic closing boot.

Sometimes when the boot closes it closes but then releases so it doesn’t close properly. there is a slight gap so you can see it hasn’t latched but it doesn’t happen all the time

My wife just told me today that the electric sliding door is sometimes only closing halfway then reopening. Haven't had a chance to research or examine it, and apologies if this is a repeat posting, but can anyone point me in direction to sort this one out? Is it common just dirty rails or something...

I have read heaps of guides and watched the You tube videos on how to set up Rain closing via VCDS.
I just cannot work it out.

My car is early model so do not have the newer BCM module, has the Bordnetz. I should be making changes in 46 Central Conv AND 09- Cent Elect.

Is there any way to turn down the volume of the reverse alarm? No so much the beep beep when closing in on something, but the BEEP when selecting Reverse?

I was expecting the Auto Rain closing function to work as this function on my previous Yeti TDI works brilliantly, then I ended up with a wet interior.

Would anyone know how to activate this function on our car? Thanks.
