My wife just told me today that the electric sliding door is sometimes only closing halfway then reopening. Haven't had a chance to research or examine it, and apologies if this is a repeat posting, but can anyone point me in direction to sort this one out? Is it common just dirty rails or something like this?

Rub your hand up and down the seal on the body at the front edge of the door opening, and see how you go.
It's got a contact strip in it, for anti-pinch protection. They always play up after a while.'07 Transporter 1.9 TDI
