Too tall
My 2012 AWD is too tall to fit in the car stacker, needs to be lowered about 5cm.
Who sells suspension to suit? All the aftermarket springs only go down 3cm at best.
I prefer spring/shock combo not coilovers because good coilovers cost an arm and a leg.

T5.1 CV joint, Control arm bushes and some major grief
I've come to grief.
Tried to do my control arm bushes. On the first side, one was OK but with the press I have I simply could not insert the other. Had it done by a local, helpful garage.
Went to reinstall the control arm (and new ball joint) but simply could NOT. Once the arm...

Passat B7 on KW DCC Suspension
Hi all,
Has been a while since I've been on here so thought i'd share my most recent mod.
Basically one of the rear DCC shocks on my 2011 B7 Highline V6 had failed. Working with my mechanic (shout out the James at Audvolks), seemed that replacement KW DCC shocks would be...

Windscreen Wiper Blade Change
Hi All,
I'm going to ask a stupid question. How do you change the windscreen wiper blades on the B8 Passat?
When I try to lift the Wiper arm, the bonnet gets in the way.
Any help would be great, as I'm sure there is a simple solution.
Thanks

Recommend non-dealer service centre for small service and RWC
Hi all,
I have just sold my MY12.5 Polo GTI on Saturday, but we agreed that I will have it serviced before finalising the sale, and I obviously need to get the roadworthy certificate (RWC) done as well. The car is in great shape so no repairs required.
The service should...

polo gtill joints
Hi,
I'm over on the 9N3 gti side. I'm going to be modding the lower control arms and ball joints for camber adjustment. It just occurred to me that your ball joints probably fit our control arm. I have seen on ebay that the fabias ones do. So I was just wondering if anyone in Sydney...
