Good to know the locals are up for a bit of fun - this one was at the lights going into Nicholls/Ngunnawal. Have to say that the rest of Gungahlin Drive is much improved now, only took ~10-15 mins to get home from the city.
That GDE will be a license killer if it stays a 80kmh speed zone!
From the Ernst & Young building to home, 14mins! Love it.....
if you think about it: all they need to do is get rid of the traffic lights on barry drive going over to belco, chuck some overpasses etc on it, then you'd have 110 right there.... mmmm....
'01 Saab 9-3 S past rides: '01 Bora 4motion, '03 Golf Sport 2slow, '92 Ford Laser GL wagon (caught on fire)

I don't know about you but I've already written to a few MLA's and, written many requests on the Canberra Connect website....under the 'fix my street' sections. Requests are;
* 100kmh on the GDE, just like Tuggers Pkwy
* Keep Left Unless Overtaking signs installed (and policed).
* Traffic light phasing on GD to be better at the two Mitchell intersections. Priority given to Citybound traffic in the morning.
Got a wave from Mi16 Man this arvo, spotted his MK6 Golf on the Barton Hwy somewhere near Hall...and about half hour ago on the way home along Barry Dr a white Golf GTI plates "MK-500"
Sexy looking Polo GTI you have! I was on the way home from the Temora 1000.....great day!
Saw Shadow_Rusty's Bora on Gungahlin drive this morning. Didn't see it at first as I was temporarily blinded by the light reflecting off all that chrome
djork, what are you doing in this part of town? couldn't get enough of Floriade or fell in love after GAF ? haha
I was looking for a house. My job finishes in two weeks and I'm moving back to Canberra (after 18 years away). Hopefully my Bora will be back on the road by then.
Was out and about last night and Drove past Lima's place, saw the S3 sitting proudly out the front.. Good to see its imaculate like all your cars have been
