      Years ago, they'd send a staffer from VW to the dealership for a "service".
      This was with a company that apparently work with all car makers. The person is an engineer and flew up from Melbourne , he was at my place at 7:20am .
      He writes up a report after getting the car back and sends it to VW Australia.

        The managing director Penrith VW. Rang me today. And apologized for the service I had received ,saying the items should of been picked up by their team.
        And offered me the 3 year service for free as a good will gesture Next year nothing. Like free servicing.
