Yes.
One was for my father when he wanted to learn to drive. He contracted polio when he was 4, so technically he did have legs, but could not use them to drive.
The other was for a vehicle modification I certified. Basically it had a steering column that worked as a normal steering column, but also was able to be pushed in and pulled out. When pushed in it applied the brakes and when pulled out applied the accelerator.
