Delayed Mail from USPS

Just wondering if anyone here is in the same boat as me?

What an absolute nightmare, i had something posted with USPS Priority Mail To Australia on the 2/8/11, it still hasn't got into the country! I've phoned both USPS and Aus Post to try and find out what the problem is, and i'm getting a different story every day! USPS say Aus Post are on strike, Aus Post say the problem is with USPS!
Today i've been told it will be 'weeks' before i get my parcel, wishing i bought it local and swallowed the extra dollars!

Any of you guys waiting on USPS mail??

USPS have always been pretty swift in my experience. I reckon ECS use them. Never been more than a week total from ordering.

I have about 8 items heading this way now, USPS does seem unusually slow at the moment, the package i recieved earlier this week took 16 days.

Canada post guy's were on strike about 4 weeks back.

Stuff from UK is taking around the 3 week mark currently.

I do have a package coming from the UK that seems to be taking forever? So far its at about 4 weeks.

I had a small package from ECS arrive Monday last week. It was shipped USPS Priority 14 days before I received it. Tracking site showed it took 3 days to get from ECS to Chicago (where I assume it left the US as no more tracking data was updated) then 11 days from Chicago to Sydney.

It was my first package from ECS and was the first time I have received something shipped by USPS from anywhere east of Colorado so I am not too sure whether my package took too long or not. Seemed a bit slow for Priority service.

Yep, I've got some stuff coming via USPS that's stuck in transit.

Tracking shows it arriving at the International shipping centre in Chicago about 4 weeks ago.

It was sent priority express , delivery should have been 4-6 days.

Seems it's my bad luck then!! Yeah i have been tracking it just about every 2 hours!!! No change since the 5/8/11, but Australia Post tell me the last scan was on the 10/8/11 when it left the US. Yesterday Aus Post said there was a huge delay with US, and that a plane with 18tons of mail was due in Tuesday this week, and hopefully mine would be on that.... Today i'm told it will be weeks, recorded message on Aus Post says a 10 day delay, i don't know what to believe!!

That sucks mate, Priority Express too - have you phoned Aus Post to see ask why there is a delay?

Seems all over the place - I asked Mikinoz what happened with his stuff as he mentioned delays in his Mk1 thread, his was posted on the 4/8 and he got it on the 16/8.
Very frustrating!

I bought something from ECS on the 28th of july ....usps tracking still shows august 6 in argentina ...what a farce!!!!!!
