Shannons and YOUI Car were almost 40% higher premium than AMMI and Allianze (and I'm 44 with a 60% no claim bonus driving a locked up unmodified R36).
They both asked me to get to them in 12 months!!! LOL

I was hoping that allianz being a German company would give discounts to VW's, but the woman on the line didn't seem to agree.
Though they were the cheapest for me at $439
1998 VW Golf CL.

Haha, I'm still trying to work that out. I did the online quote, then rang up to confirm it was alright, then I paid for it online, and then called them upand listed my additional mods that weren't on the online quote (a chip tune is part of the options on the online quote that I added),Originally posted by andrew View Posthow the hell you do that ???

The only other things I added to it were windscreen cover, hire car coverage, and rating protection, and it all came to $688.
