My second ever Volkswagen, another Golf and a step up from my 2010 GTi.
Sold my GTi a few months ago, almost give it away....but that's another story.
Tried to fill the void with a 2002 Subi Forester with slushbox.
3 months later I took delivery of this weapon, 2015 Golf R, completely stock and unmolested......so far.

I think I might have driven past you last night, around 8pm ish along the Newcastle Foreshore? It was a dark coloured Gallardo anyway. Funnily enough only about 15 mins prior I was driving next to a black Urus.

I was trying to stay with VAG but held out for over 2 months and just couldn't find anything. I had a manual transmission Mk5 R32 lined up but he sold it before I had sold my GTI - so I missed out on that one. Then I was looking at Mk5 GTI's, Mk6 GTI's, Mk6 35th Editions, Audi A3's, Audi S3's etc but there are very few manuals, and very few in NSW, and even less of them in good condition. So I started considering other brands and ultimately bought the little ST on the weekend.

Pity I was held up with my current project, 2017 Polo GTI in a manual is almost ready, would have been a nice alternative. Haven't yet decided what to do with it LOL Have an IS20 ready to go on should it stay in the family ....
