So there has been a bit of talk as of late from the 9n polo guys and the mk4 gti guys about big turbos and engine builds. All this talk has gotten me thinking and I've decided that if im gonna keep this car, i'm gonna enjoy it. I've decided to get a Garret GT2871r, rated at around 400bhp this should keep me and the tire stores happy for quite some time. One kit I've found so far is this...

what are peoples though?? And what rods and pistons would people recommend?

Good stuff mate. Should be a nice addition with that back sway. Pity we never got to do that mk4 shoot before I up and left for Melbourne

You should bring it out to happy laps and see how it goes then

Yeah Sorry about that, my eyes must be painted on or I have the memory of a goldfish. I'm sure I read something about having to drill out a locater lug (or something similar) somewhere. Not sure though, do you know anything about that or installing Audi 90 tops (guessing they are the same).

have you taken your helpers out? do that and drop a tyre size, should get you a good inch lower

Nice work on the rims too, just purchased something similar for the a3
