For a company who 'Engineers' products for your road weapon, its not inspiring confidence...

Still, keen to see some photos and hear about the results, would happily go down this path for the caster (if its a decent improvement)

There is no doubt they work a treat. I never thought the Polo could corner like this and the straight line grip is brilliant. The only downside so far is probably due to alignment settings more the top mounts themselves but now I can loose straight line grip at high speeds in the wet when you give it stab, yet doesn't happen in low gears. Never happened before and I'm putting it down the camber but could be wrong.

The sets i received here in the UK didn't fit.

They were out a couple of mm and I didn't want to bore the holes.

Kevin provided great customer and is sending out 4 new sets of top and bottom plates.

My car wont be ready for a few months yet so wont be able to provide any feedback I'm afraid.

Really sorry to hear that bud. So is it the three holes in the blue alloy plates that are too small for the bolts?

What bits are wrong? The only parts with holes in that could stop you are the spacers? That all came loosely assembled. The new thinner plate fitted ok on Anthony's car.

Not taking the piss but have you tried swapping sides?

Otherwise I'd probably use a deep socket and extension and tweak them to fit. Anthony's went straight in, maybe the jig moved during welding?

That is a long way out for a jigged part, are you sure they are even the correct ones? I'm not 100% on how htese things are assembled but if I was to see something that far out without the pins being bent, I'd say it's wrong. Those look to be about 6mm out each from the one datum pin. That's a lot more than 'a couple of mm'. For me, I'd make these by laser cutting or water jet the plates with holes, then use a jig that would put the pins in a concentricity of +/-1mm.

It seems that these weren't ready for the market just yet. I'm surprised that 4 sets can arrive in the UK yet vwthunder is still waiting for his, what's up with that? The whole thing doesn't instill confidence.

I have contacted Kevin to find out where Troys kit is as I'm wanting everyone to have a good experience and with all the revisions made to this kit I believe we should now be in a place whereby any polo owner who orders a kit from Kmac won't have any issues.

Also the customer care provided throughout has been second to none so compared to other companies out there I'm happy to work with them and believe time will have paid off ensuring all is polo owners can be assured of a good kit that fits first time.
