I work at Southbank, I've seen your car around a few times now. Haven't seen miss_gti's though. If you ever see a stock standard silver Polo GTI covered in red berries and bird mess, it's mine. Moore St is a bastard!

    • Did the 'accelerate without the accelerator' trick, amazed me how the car can get up to 35km/h in 5th without a single push of the go pedal, brilliant engine

              • Spent a few hours washing the brake dust off the S3 brakes that I bought, and getting them ready for paint... Discovered that the dishwasher isn't the greatest place to wash the brake backing plates... I really need a garage!!!

Hahahaha... It's the good thing about being single... No annoying whining sound in the background, or having to justify what I buy for the car....

You probably haven't seen my car around because I don't really get a chance to drive it much, except on weekends and weeknight grocery runs!

For the first time in ages I have something to add to the thread. The cars booked in with Jimmy tomorrow for a tune (superchip), diverter valve and TIP. Got slotted front rotors and Remsa pads going on the front and adding a sway bar to the rear. Has taken some time to bite the bullet, so looking forward to a drive over the weekend and hitting the track in August.
